Brief: 
The position will head up the team of 10, and will hold overall accountability for financial and customer service performance. The position is responsible for the direction, planning, and service execution of the daily operations

Responsibilities: 

A senior industry professional applicant will lead and manage delivery of the following activities:
-  Engaging in decision making and strategic planning.
-  Hold overall accountability for client satisfaction 
-  Manage the day to day operations 
-  Deploy successful co-ordination of all departments and staff to ensure that clients receive a seamless experience during their appointment.
-  Management of the financial profitability including; setting forecasts and budgets, and ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met or exceeded
-  Reviewing business results regularly and taking any corrective action required to ensure the business achieves its goals in the areas of customer satisfaction, employee development and satisfaction, financial performance, and marketing and branding. 
-  Provide centralized direction and coaching to all staff 
-  Set training goals and ensure therapy qualifications, skills levels, treatment standards and therapy outcomes meet the expectation of an international spa.
-  Implement standard operating procedures across all health and wellness units to ensure standardized procedures are described, trained, understood and applied.
-  Develop and implement processes that offer employees the appropriate career development so as to increase the guest service experience and employee retention. 
-  Employee’s welfare needs are taken care of in line with company standards and philosophy.
