Urgent Hiring for Ticketing Executive job in hyderabad.
Job Description: Handle the travel desk and client enquiries Responsible for the entire booking from inquiry to issuance of tickets. Work out fares /itineraries and quotes for clients as per their requirement Responsible for issuing and Reissuing of tickets on Amadeus/Galileo CRS. Monitor and manage GDS queues. Liaise with the Airline on any special request like extra seats, meal request etc Creating & maintaining a rapport with all clients Requirements Must have 3-5 years experience in the travel industry Complete knowledge of International & domestic ticketing & Reservation, Re - Issuance, Refund & Voiding of documents Knowledge in any of the mentioned CRS (AMADEUS, SABRE, ABACUS, and GALILEO) is very essential. Must have good geographical knowledge Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
