Job Description: Essential Skills: Candidates can drive strategic HR initiatives in coordination with functional heads to enhance business and operational effectiveness and manage corporate strategy & policy improvisation. Establish organization structure, core values and code of conduct to drive vision, mission & key success factors. Streamline HR operations within defined budget by benchmarking & instituting best HR / IR policies. Effectiveness in recruitment life-cycle for contractual, temporary and apprentice category of employment. Design & deploy scalable Performance Management Road Map with effective implementation of goal/ KRA setting to measure individual & team performance. Formulation of increment, incentive promotion and other remuneration policies with measurable matrices. Prior experience in Manpower Optimization initiatives linked to Job Analysis, Job re-cast, Competency Mapping, Organization Re-structuring, T&D, Induction, Change Management & Re-engineering will be preferred. Prior experience of manpower planning & manpower deployment as per the approved organization is essential. Ensure effective channels of communicate with local community in establishing fruitful relationships. Highly analytical & farsighted with abilities to initiate proactive measures to capture & redress grievances. Ability to train line managers on handling grievances and facilitate quick resolution of disputes with a view to ensure industrial peace and harmony. Liaison with Government Authorities like Labour Department., Pollution Control Board, PF, ESI, Factories Act, Police and local administration etc to ensure compliance to all statutory requirements.
