Implementation of National Quality Processes across all touch points e.g CC, stores, Back office, Outbound, DHL etc 2. Implementation and ensuring Quality across Service Partners 3. External Audit Score>Benchmark 4. Tagging Accuracy>98% Dipstick 15% done on daily basis, SR audit As per the sample Size. Store infrastructure and Store people 2 Audit/month dialogue monitoring 2 per CRE per main store per month, The SR flow and Content Audit 2 Audit/month email audits As per sample size.
