Strong domain knowledge of Retail Banking is mandatory. Analytics function overview : The analytics services in scope would be around customer analytics for Retail Banks. This would include end to end spectrum of data backed Customer insight generation from Customer Acquisition, Cross sell upsell, Pricing, Customer Lifetime Value Analysis etc. Roles and Responsibilities summary: Help develop FS Analytics practice by means of active participation in solutioning, sales, asset development and delivery of existing and upcoming deals. Help drive the analytics roadmap for the clients requirements over the duration of the engagement (once into delivery) Leading actual delivery both team management and hands-on walk the talk is expected Provide statistical analysis and predictive modeling services as part of the analytics offering end to end, ranging from customer segmentation, acquisition, retention, Pricing and Plan Optimization, Risk & Collections, Recovery, Liability Management etc. As a people manager build and develop analytics and modeling capabilities and business/industry knowledge in junior members of the team to help them grow in their careers
Salary: INR 13,00,000 - 19,00,000 P.A.
