Urgent Opening - Manager Internal Audit job in bangalore Job Description:Role Objectives:To help the group internal audit team achieve their vision of being considered as global, flexible and a value-add team that management pro-actively turn to for advice. Assist in delivery of Global internal audit plan Take personal responsibility for writing concise and relevant internal audit reports and managing project deliverables. Motivate and lead internal auditors by planning and reviewing their work. An ideal role for an ambitious, capable individual; the internal audit team is currently growing, and as such this presents an opportunity for personal development and career progression. The role will include 50-60% travel abroad & within India (as required) and liaising with all parts of the organization. Key Accountabilities:Managing the commitment of India & SWA audit plan. Provide key line of support to Senior Manager & indirectly to Head of Internal Audit. Managing execution of commercial, operational and financial control audits. Pro-actively advising the business on the implementation of new systems, procedures and controls. Ad hoc projects, which might include providing assistance to the financial reporting team. Management of audit tracker. Desired Profile:Skills/Experience/Qualifications required to perform the role:Chartered Accountant 3+ years experience in external and internal audit with fair knowledge in IFRS. To possess a strong business process controls experience. Knowledge of IT general controls preferred. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Gain a good comprehension of the operations, processes and business objectives, prepare flowcharts and utilize the knowledge on engagements Experience in managing junior staff and demonstrating manager skills such as recruiting, presenting and communicating with senior management.
