Job for District Manager - Retail Operations-Kanpur.
Job Description:The job incumbent will be responsible for managing retail operations in the district allocated to him/her. The following will be the key deliverables Achieve business targets for the District as per predetermined goals in terms of Sales and Profitability Manage retail operations within the allocated budgets and resources Guide and mentor the Store Managers in handling their respective teams, stocks, promotions and other store resources Ensure excellent customer service Provide valuable insight about product performance and customer feedback to other related teams
Desired Profile:Ideal candidate should have the following: Thorough knowledge and experience of handling multiple stores Should be willing to work in a flexible and challenging environment Excellent problem solving and decision making skills. Good communication skills.
