Provide value to the organisationthrough the draftingof contractual documents that mitigate risk and penalties.Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with allstatutory and legal requirements. Continuously monitor compliance with statutory obligations and advise management accordingly.
