Execute Assigned Plan to Promote & Establish Brand Medica through press conferences, awareness programs and clinical activities. 2. Mostly follow PJP to Create & strengthen referral network as mutually planned through established trade doctors, information providers, information centers & NH tie up. 3. Organize CME/OPD/FREE CAMPS in various areas to support branding and create referrals to drive OPD footfalls & admission of IP patients. 4. Managing corporate / SME empanelment 5. Managing end to end facilitation of all patients from assigned corporate ensuring seamless admission/discharge. This includes estimates/approvals for non-scheduled treatment or treatment other than packages. 6. Managing State Government Tie Up for various healthcare programs eg. BPL etc. 7. Provide & seek cooperation thru all Medica verticals in generating business leads. 8. Meeting revenue targets thru above activities & delivering healthy bottom line managing debtors as per company guidelines. 9. Maintain complete commercial details - patient wise billing records, payment details including deductions if any for all accounts assigned. 10. Ensuring Daily Filing of Activity Report ( Ref PJP )as per reporting guideline to immediate superior on approved format. Posting will be at Patna.
