Job Description 1. Traveling 22 to 25days in Peripheral of 300Km from his home location and visit Sub dealers by his two wheeler, Train, Bus. 2. Meet with Sub dealers and give Trade off Scheme and take order and Place to Company Distributor. 3. Organize End Users Meet Example Service with Chole Bhature Products Show and Free Service and Promote Horse Power Tools Products and give End User gift scheme on behalf of buying Tools. 4. Preparation of sales forecast and implementation of sales plans 5. Achieving sales and collection targets for the allotted area 6. Identifying institutional clients and demonstrating our Products 7. Preparation of periodic sales reports, including daily activity matrix and calls/follow-ups made. 8. Collect market intelligence such as New Scheme, New Products Launch of Competitors 9. Market mapping, customer mapping, competitor mapping in the geography assigned.
Desired Profile1) Ability to build and maintain relationships with new and existing Dealers and Customers. 1) Should have experience in Channel Sales Managing in Consumer Durables, Electrical Home Appliances or Sanitary ware or Product Base similar Industry. 2) Should have Two Wheeler for conveyance. 3) Should be confident with Good Communication Skill 4) Agreed Sales Target Achiever and passion for Drive to Target Sales with Analytical thinking 5) Active team player 6) Having knowledge or experience of secondary sales, 7) Ability to engage with people in a convincing manner. 8) Ability to generate ideas which can help him/her and the team to achieve the targets assigned. 9) Age should be less than 30 years Experience :4 - 7 Years Industry Type :Consumer Electronics / Appliances / Durables Role:Sales Executive/Officer Functional Area :Sales, Retail, Business Development
